If your isteady MT2 is still not level after balancing, here are some steps to address the issue: 1. Check the Device Clamping · Ensure that the device (camera, phone, etc.) is securely and correctly clamped. lmproper clamping can cause imbalance. 2. Perform Auto Calibration · Auto calibration can help correct slight deviations. Follow these steps: i. Place the stabilizer on a flat surface using a tripod. ii. Double press the trigger to recenter the stabilizer. iii. Press the M button five times in a row to start auto calibration. You will hear a beep sound. iv. Wait for the second beep, which indicates calibration is complete. The stabilizer will recenter automatically. Note: Do not touch the stabilizer during the calibration process. If calibration fails, the stabilizer will enter standby mode. You can retry the process. 3. Use the sub-menu on MT2 display OR Hohem Joy App to adjust the angle · Open the Hohem Joy App and pair with your phone and check the gimbal parameter settings to adjust the angle for specific axes or long press the M button to enter the OLED submenu "Motor Parameter Settings"-- Single press button A/B, select [Motor Angle Fine-Tune] to adjust the angle |

| 3. What does error03 CODE means? | Generally, the warning error03 means that the gimbal is not in well balanced status or the gimbal motors are not unlocked(there are three locks on the gimbal). The pan motor is not well balanced as it can't rotate correctly like it should be.
